2.06 Is the latest "loader" file... 2.11 is a loader program that you run from your PC if you wish to load thru your serial port... I went thru the same confusion and nobody seemed to know what my issue was... very confusing calling a bin file a "loader" file as they do with the 2.06, then ALSO posting a loader file 2.11 without any explanation!
